Posted October 05, 2019 03:11:17It’s the first time in more than five years that Mazda has offered a full automatic system, and it is a big step forward for the company.
The automaker is aiming to sell 3 million of its newest vehicles a year through 2021.
It will be the first automaker to offer such a full system, however, it will only come with two options.
The first is the new 3.6-liter twin-turbo V6 that will be paired with a 6-speed manual transmission.
The automaker plans to sell a 6.3-liter turbocharged inline-six that will feature a six-speed automatic.
Both models will come in the 2018 Mazda6 sedan and 2019 Mazda6 wagon.
The 2018 and 2019 Mazdas will have all-wheel drive, and a 6G auto option is also planned for the crossover.
